    Complaints under the Supply Chain Due Diligence Act (LkSG)

    Any violation of the human rights and environmental obligations under the LkSG in connection with our operational activities, products or services and those of our suppliers can be reported via this complaints portal or by post to the internal reporting office at Veonet GmbH, Claudius- Keller-Strasse 3a, 81669 Munich.

    In particular the following human rights and environmental obligations under the LkSG are included:

    • Prohibition of child labor;
    • Freedom from slavery and forced labor;
    • Prohibition of disregarding the respective nationally applicable occupational health and safety obligations if this results in the risk of accidents at work or work-related health hazards;
    • Prohibition of disregarding the freedom of association;
    • Prohibition of unequal treatment and discrimination of employees;
    • Prohibition of withholding an appropriate wage; compliance with minimum wage regulations;
    • Prohibition of causing harmful soil pollution, water pollution, air pollution, harmful noise emissions or excessive water consumption that a) significantly impairs the natural basis for the preservation and production of food, b) denies a person access to safe drinking water, c) impedes or destroys a person's access to sanitary facilities or d) harms a person's health;
    • Prohibition of unlawful eviction and deprivation of land, forests and waters for acquisition, development or other use;
    • Prohibition of the use of mercury;
    • Prohibition of the export of hazardous waste within the meaning of the Basel Convention on the Control of Transboundary Movements of Hazardous Wastes.


    Please note that you should ideally only use this reporting form to report a concrete suspicion of a violation.
